企业自主创新能力评价指标体系与应用研究

文章旨在探索和研究建立科学系统的企业自主创新能力评价体系,并据此采用科学评价方法进行评价。笔者在分析自主创新能力构成体系的基础上结合定性与定量分析,构造出企业自主创新能力的评价指标体系,并建立评价模型。在应用模型对国内3家不同行业企业作出评价的基础上,提出了提高企业自主创新能力的几点建议。

Indicators and application for corporate's capacity of independent innovation on evaluation

The purpose of this text is to explore and establish a scientific evaluation system which can evaluate the capacity of independent innovation with adopting the scientific appraisal method. The author use qualitative and quantitative analysis to set up the corporate independent innovation capacity indicators and evaluation model on the basis of analyzing the inscape of independent innovation capacity. Several suggestions are proposed, which are based on using the evaluation model to three different domestic enterprises, in order to promote capacity of corporate independent innovation.
