摘    要:文章简要阐述了动力电池目前的客户服务状况,针对动力电池产品和行业的特殊性,在客户服务理论的基础上,引入新的客户服务理念并阐述了贯彻新理念的必要性,根据行业特点和目前的状况简要介绍了动力电池企业利用客户资源建设客户服务网络的思路和初步措施。

Abstract:The paper briefly expounds the current customer service status in power battery industry,in-troduces the new customer service concept and explain its necessity to be carried out in the industry which based on the customer service theory and considered the particularity of power battery product and industry.According to the characteristic and current status of battery industry,the paper also briefly introduces the thought and preliminary measures to establish customer service net by making use of customer resources in the power battery industry.
