高掺量粉煤灰泵送混凝土的工程应用与成本分析

摘    要:文章通过大量的实验和工程应用,证明高掺量粉煤灰混凝土具有良好的力学性能和工作性能,与常规的泵送混凝土配合比成本相比较,可节约水泥用量,降低生产成本。文章建立了泵送混凝土的成本预测模型,且通过成本计算结果表明:随着混凝土强度等级的提高,使用高掺量粉煤灰泵送混凝土的经济效益更为显著。

Engineering application and cost analysis of high addition fly ash pumping concrete
Abstract:This paper proved that high addition fly ash pumping concrete had favorable mechanical proper-ties and working performance through a mass of experiment and engineering application. It could econo-mize amount of cement and reduce the production cost compared with mix proportion cost of conventional pumping concrete. The article established the model of pumping concrete's cost, and through cost the computation, it indicated that the economic benefit of using the high addition fly ash pumping concrete was more significant with the improving of concrete strength grade.
