我国企业社会责任缺失的风险及防范

文章指出,我国目前已经成为全球制造基地,企业能否认真履行企业社会责任,对我国大部分企业的经营和出口带来巨大影响。企业社会责任的缺失,将会引起资源利用效率低、环境破坏、供应链订单丢失、公司持续发展动力不足、人才流失等方面的风险。文章认为必须从政府立法、企业、员工、社会舆论等方面构建防范风险的体系。

Risk and countermeasure of absence of corporations' social responsibility in China

It gets important influence to management and export of enterprise that corporations' social responsibility can be performed or not in china.because china is becoming center of manufacturing in world. There are any risk would appear if corporate social responsibility can't be performed in china. for example, it may bring lower efficiency of utilizing resource, polluted environment, losing order of supply chain, absenting constant motivity of development of enterprise, and leaving person resource. Some complication must be considered if we could compose system for preventing risk that they are government, law, enterprise, employee, and public opinion .
