| Abstract: | As we know the official business work ability of the enterprises and public departments enormously restricts the efficiency of the society, so how to improve and develop the work efficiency directly reflects the administration force of other economic activities. This article presents the theory and method of board-viewing management which apply to the official business work as to promote its efficiency. |
