摘    要:文章对绩效管理中的各种矛盾与冲突进行了分析、归纳,并从多个层面对矛盾冲突的产生原因进行了深层次的剖析,提出了解决矛盾冲突的方法与对策,对企业绩效管理实施效果的改进有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The article analyzes and summarizes variety of conflicts in performance management. And, also deeply analyze the reason of conflicts from difference perspectives. Finally, it brings forward a series of countermeasures to solve the conflicts. Which has the meaning of reference for improving the effect of the performance management in enterprises.
