| 摘 要： | 自主创新需要政府发挥主导作用,但当前政府在推动自主创新的过程中存在诸多问题。重视先进的自主创新规划的制定,完善自主创新的激励机制,促进基础研究和应用研究的协调发展,营造自主创新的良好公共环境,加强对政府推进自主创新工作的考核是发挥政府推动自主创新的主导作用的路径选择。
