| 摘 要： | 高速切削加工技术是集高效、优质、低耗于一身的先进制造技术,是当前模具制造中最为重要的一项先进制造技术,解决了常规切削加工中备受困扰的一系列问题,远远超过"机床—刀具—工件"系统的固有频率范围,其切削速度、进给速度、使用寿命相对于传统的切削加工得到很大的提高。

| Abstract: | The high speed cutting processing technology with high-effect,high grade and low consumption is an advanced manufacturing technology.At present,it's one important manufacturing technology in mould manufacturing and it has solved the problems resulted from conventional machining.It far exceeds the range of tools-cutter-work piece system's natural frequency.it's cutting speed,feed rate and service life is higher than the conventional calculating method. |
