摘    要:目前医药行业终端竞争日益加剧,不少药店感觉到生存的压力也越来越大,面对瞬息万变的市场环境和日益激烈的竞争环境,药店该如何应对?文章根据对消费者的随机调查和对若干药店的长期观察,分析了消费者在购买药品和选择药店时的消费心理。并通过对成功的A药店的经营谋略进行分析,为药店在竞争中提供了一些启发和思考。

Abstract:At the present time, the competition of the terminal in curatorial industry is more furious, many drugstores have felt the bigger compressive stress than before. As a drugstore, how to cope with the fluky market circumstance and the drastic competition circumstance? Based on the random sample to the customers and the long- term observation to many drugstores, this article analyzed the consumptive psychology of the customers when they bought drugs and chose the drugstores. Through analyzing the successful strategy of the kind of A drugstore, it provided some illumination and thinkings for drugstores in the market competition.
