| 摘 要： | 文章结合当前信息产业化环境下著作权保护中的合理使用制度,以及数字图书馆具有的特点,分析我国《信息网络传播权保护条例》第7条关于数字图书馆对著作权合理使用制度的立法不足,并提出完善该方面制度的立法建议。

| Abstract: | Combined with rational use of copyright protection under the Industrialization of information environment at present,and with features of digital library,the article analysis legislative defects of the seventh in China's "regulation of information network dissemination right protection",which is about rational use of copyright protection in digital library,and put forward to perfect the system of legislative proposals. |
