| 摘 要： | 通过企业用人单位对高职院校的毕业生在企业的人文素质的现状调查,可以发现企业对毕业生的人文需求与高职院校的培养目标之间存在较大差距,并对高职院校的学生人文素质教育提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | Through the enterprise employer's investigation to the humanity quality of colleges and universi-ties graduate in enterprise's at present, we can discover it has the big disparity between the enterprises' humanity demand on the graduates and the cultivating goal of the higher vocational college, and proposed the improvement measure to the higher vocational college student humanity education for all-around devel-opment. |
