“双面族”的现状研究

文章着重研究了当前大学校园里存在的一个特殊群体,他们在校期间是校园的精英人物,积极参与校园的业余生活和主流校园文化,有着极强的表达能力和组织能力,是师生眼中的"校园精英",但出校门以后,在校外实习、就业乃至创业领域却无所建树,落后于社会,导致最终的没落。文章从调研出发,研究解析了这一类学生的特征、成因,提出了3个方面的具有建设性意义的合理化建议。
