摘    要:在激烈的市场竞争态势下,饭店企业只有走出对核心竞争力的认识误区,通过正确的途径培育核心竞争力,才能真正建立自己的核心竞争优势。文章在分析目前饭店核心竞争力的认识误区基础上,提出了从科学高效地配置资源、创新产品和服务、提升饭店企业培育文化3方面培育饭店核心竞争力。

Abstract:Under the fierce market competition situation, only through correcting the wrong views on the core competence and finding the correct cultivating way of the core competence, the hotel enterprise can really build it's own core competitive advantages. By analyzing the wrong views on hotel core competence, this paper brings forward three viewpoints to cultivate the hotel core competence: scientific and high-effective re- source allocation, innovation on product and service, advanced culture.
