| 摘 要： | 文章简要阐述了风险投资的涵义,认为风险投资是高风险与高收益的共生体,分析了风险投资者愿意把资金投向高技术园区企业的原因和我国高技术园区的风险投资的基本状况,提出了建立高技术园区风险投资机制的建议,对发展我国高技术园区风险投资具有实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | The article has explained the concept of venture investment briefly, thought the venture investment is the symbiont of high risk and the high income, and analyzed the reason that risk investor is willing to go to the high-tech area enterprise with the fund and the basic condition of our country high-tech area venture investment, proposed the suggestion of establishing the high-tech area venture investment mechanism, it has the practical guiding sense to develope our country high-tech area venture investment. |
