铁炭内电解法处理2,4-二氯酚研究

摘    要:文章研究了用铁屑-活性炭内电解法处理2,4-DCP废水,考查了5个主要影响因素(铁炭比、停留时间、初始pH值、温度、二氯酚的浓度)。结果表明,最佳的处理条件为:铁炭比为5∶1,pH=2,停留时间为90~120min。在上述最佳处理条件下,对初始浓度为50mg/l的2,4-DCP模拟废水处理效率可以达到95%以上。

Abstract:The treatment of 2,4-dichlorophenol wastewater by iron chips-activated carbon internal electrolysis is investigated in this paper. The influence of five factors(iron-carbon ratio, reaction time, temperature, pH, concentration of 2,4-dichlorophenol) on the results is discussed. The best condition for 2,4-DCP removal is: iron-carbon ratio is 5∶1,pH=2, reaction time is 90-120min. The result show that in this best condition the removal ratio of 2,4-DCP (initial concentration is 50 mg/l) reaches over 95%.
