| 摘 要： | 近年来,湖南高新技术产业发展迅速,已成为湖南经济社会发展的重要力量之一。文章介绍一种高新技术产业信息系统建设方案,阐述系统建设原则、构建方法及系统所具有的功能,旨在通过该系统让各级科技管理机构、部门充分掌握高新技术产业整体情况、发展趋势,充分了解高新技术产业发展状况及存在的问题,并及时对湖南省高新技术及其产业发展状况进行分析、预测,为政府研究和制定湖南省高新技术产业发展规划提供依据。
