| 摘 要： | 区域经济的发展既要靠某些产业的快速发展来促进,也要靠某些地区的率先繁荣来带动.湖南省决心加快长株潭高新技术产业发展,以带动全省经济腾飞,无疑是英明之举.发展高新技术产业,人才是养分。文章拟从长株潭高新技术产业发展的实践出发,探讨其人力资源开发的对策和途径。

| Abstract: | Developing reginal economy must depend on the rapid development of some industries, but also on the first prosperity of some areas. It is wise to quicken Chang-Zhu-Tang developing high-technology industry, and promote the whole economy in hunan. Meanwhile, man is the key in developing high-technology industry .The article explored the way of HR development from the practice of Chang-Zhu-Tang developing high-technology industry. |
