摘    要:研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤和水样品中的痕量硒,系统地考察了HCl浓度、KBH4浓度的影响;确定了最佳测定条件;共存元素的影响及干扰的消除,硒的回收率为95%~102%,硒的检出限为0.18ng/mL,RSD小于4%。本法用于测定标准土壤和水样品中的硒,结果与标准值吻合。

Abstract:Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is used for the determination of trace Selenium in soil and water. The effect of the concentration of HCl and KBH4 and interference from common 16 coexisting elements on the determination of Se are tested. The recovery is 95%~102%, and detection limits is 0.18 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation is less than 4%. The method is applied to the determination of Se in soil and water standard reference, the result is in conformity with the standard value.
