| 摘 要： | 当前数字经济正在快速发展,地方国有企业实施数字化转型迫在眉睫。通过对数字化背景、企业数字化发展历程的阐述,以及对地方国有企业数字化进程中存在的问题进行揭示,结合地方国企集团信息化工作的实践,对存在的问题进行剖析,提出地方国有企业数字化转型的途径对策建议,力图破解数字化转型实际工作中的困局。

| Abstract: | To vigorously develop the digital economy,the digital transformation of stateowned enterprises is imminent.This article introduces the background of digital economy and the development process of enterprise digital transformation.The existing problems are analyzed.The practical suggestions and the specific approaches for the digital transformation of local state-owned enterprises are recommended with the experience in the informatization work of local state-owned enterprise taken into consideration.The purpose of the article is aimed to solve the issues in the practical work of digital transformation. |
