| 摘 要： | 全球生态环境恶化,低碳经济和可持续发展成为大趋势。零售业做为整个经济循环的中间环节,在联系整个经济环境里各个要素方面担当重要角色。家电零售业作为联系家电产品的制造商和消费者的中间环节,其销售的产品既与人类生活密切相关又与环境直接联系,因此它在保护环境方面有着重要的责任,也有充分的条件。物流作为家电零售业的一个关键运营步骤,做好物流绿色化对家电零售商来说有着举足轻重的作用。文中解释了低碳经济、绿色物流和家电零售业的相关概念,论述了物流绿色化存在的问题及其对家电零售业的作用,并建立了家电零售企业物流绿色化的结构体系,同时针对这一结构体系提出了几项绿色化措施。
