我国行政管理案例教学的特点障碍及解决对策

摘    要:行政管理专业的人才培养目标和学科特征决定了其教学模式必须重视案例教学。案例教学是教师、案例、学生三要素组成的一个动态过程,能较好发挥学生主体和教师主导的双向互动作用,达到理论教学与实践教学的有机统一。然而,行政管理专业案例教学实践中存在诸多困难和障碍,严重影响和制约了案例教学的有效运用。为此,强调对案例的搜集、编写和整理,增强案例教学的针对性,实现教师角色转换,是提高案例教学水平的重要手段。

Abstract:The personnel training objectives and characteristics of the administrative management decide that their teaching methods must pay attention to case-eaching.The case-teaching is composed of three elements of a dynamic process:teacher,case,students.Which can play a good role in Students and teacher,and can realize the reunification between theory and practice.At present,the case-teaching has more difficulties and obstacles,which have seriously affected on the effective.To this end,we need strengthen the case for the collection,and enhance the teaching of specific cases,and change the role of teachers,and promote the level of case-teaching.
