| 摘 要： | 经济全球化的今天,供应链的触角也伸入世界各地,全球跨境企业间的贸易司空见惯。但是牛鞭效应这一顽疾不但依然存在,而且日益加剧。信息共享可以有效地控制和弱化牛鞭效应。基于此,文中通过分析牛鞭效应产生的主要环节与原因,对比现有信息共享模式的优劣,归纳总结得出:独立的第三方信息共享中心能够有效减弱牛鞭效应。同时,进一步提出如何建立独立的第三方信息共享中心的建议,从而为有效减弱供应链牛鞭效应开辟一条新思路。
