The key of the teaching reform in Logistics Management specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges based on the training mode of innovative talents is to make definite training aim,construct course system fit for the talent-training goal,create environment of vocational and technical training and troop teachers into double qualifications type.Active efforts should be devoted to carry out college-enterprise cooperation and seek teaching modes which will help to enhance students' ability,such as working-study alternating mode,task-driven mode,project-oriented mode,and post apprentice mode.
