农村粮食安全流通量质结合

农村流通难问题长期存在,现代流通业的发展并没有为农村市场带来明显变化,究其原因主要是农村的经济不发达,技术落后,人口比较分散,面积比较广,流通成本过高,建立有效的流通系统所需的人力、财力和物力同比城镇要大出三成左右。文中旨在探究一种新型粮食放心流通模式通过降低农村流通成本来促进农村流通业的发展,解决农村流通难题。促进城乡一体化发展,保障国家粮食安全,切实造福农民,进一步保证社会安定和谐,从而加快社会主义建设步伐。
