摘    要:炉温均匀性是真空炉的一项重要指标,通过温度均匀性测试(TUS)测量数据来校核真空炉炉温均匀性。在实际的TUS测量过程中,在控温热电偶最大允许误差和炉温均匀性测量热电偶最大允许误差都符合AMS2750标准的情况下,用装配式贵金属偶作为控温热电偶时,真空炉TUS测量数据不符合AMS2750标准要求即真空炉炉温均匀性测试指标不合格。排除真空炉炉胆热区设计因素,控温热电偶的选型、炉温均匀性测量热电偶的选型及炉温均匀性测量热电偶测量端在恒温区架上的捆绑方式都影响TUS的量结果。

Abstract:Uniformity is an important indicator of the vacuum,the author checks temperature uniformity of vacuum furnace by the Temperature Uniformity Surveys(TUS) measurement data. In the actual TUS measurement process, the test index of vacuum furnace temperature uniformity is failed if a precious metal fabricated thermocouple is used as temperature thermocouples and the measurement data of Vacuum furnace TUS does not meet the standard requirements AMS2750, in the case of that the maximum permissible errors of temperature thermocouple and thermocouple measuring temperature uniformity are both met AMS2750 standard. The factors of TUS data are including: the design factors of vacuum furnace's hot zone, the selection of temperature thermocouple and temperature uniformity measurement thermocouple, and approach that temperature bundles on temperature zone shelves.
