| 摘 要： | 在高校管理中,资产管理是其不可或缺的组成部分。在新形势背景下,对资产管理工作进行优化是高校实现科学持续的管理与发展非常重要的工作内容。如今,高校的资产管理工作存在不少问题,对高校资源利用的效益最大化造成很大影响,严重制约了高等教育的发展。文中主要针对高校资产管理面临的挑战进行相关分析,并且提出相应发展对策。

| Abstract: | In university management, asset management is the essential part of. In the new situation, the asset management optimization is working content in the implementation of management and the development of science and sustained very important. Nowadays, assets management of universities have maximum benefit of university resources use many problems impact, seriously restricts the development of higher education. This paper mainly analyses the assets management challenges faced, and proposed the corresponding development countermeasure. |
