| 摘 要： | 冷链物流的发展对于保障农产品质量安全具有重要意义。文中浅析了冷链物流的内涵,结合当前国内冷链物流与农产品质量安全的现状进行分析,指出我国冷链物流运作流程存在效率低下、信息采集缺失等问题。并重点提出了重构冷链物流运作流程、构筑冷链物流信息平台等对策,以进一步保障农产品在冷链环节中的质量安全,保证广大消费者的饮食健康。
