| 摘 要： | 市场对物流人才的需求与日俱增,尤其是对经营管理型高级物流人才的需求尤为迫切,ERP沙盘模拟实训能让高职院校物流管理专业的学生体验经营管理的乐趣。文中提出了ERP沙盘模拟实训室的建设方案,阐述了ERP沙盘模拟实训的教学优势,认为将ERP沙盘模拟引入到物流管理专业的实验教学环节是十分必要的。
