| 摘 要： | 随着物流行业快速发展,高职物流就业岗位呈多样化趋势,文中指出高职学校应该根据市场需求建立基于物流岗位职责的物流培养方案,建立生产性实训基地,通过对人才市场招聘需求分析,文中提出建立以培养六大就业方向岗位体系为目标的生产性实训基地建设方案,并探讨了相关实训项目。
