| 摘 要： | 对区域物流效率进行恰当评价有助于科学配置和规划物流资源。基于DEA，构造了一种面向地区的货物周转量、贸易总额与GDP总量的评价模型，充分考虑了地区在人、财、物等几方面对物流部门的投入影响，形成了一种区域物流效率评价模型。以湖南省2011年14个地州市的物流部门实际投入、基础设施建设以及实际运行数据做了实证研究，DEA软件的分析结果表明该模型很好地反映出了当前实际情况，可帮助决策者进行物流资源的配置与规划。

| Abstract: | Area logistics efficiency analysis provides science foundation for reasonable allocation and resource planning. Based on DEA model, a kind of evaluation system of area logistics efficiency based on DEA model is established, according to the goods volume, total trade and GDP of each region, taking the input of human, financial, and material resources into fully consideration. The relevant indexes about the logistic input, infrastructure construction and the actual operation data of the 14 cities in Huuan province of 2011 are be used for Empirical Analysis. The result proves that this model can well reflected the real situation,which can help decisionmakers to make logistic resource allocation decisions and plans effectively. |
