| 摘 要： | 我国物流业的快速发展带来了大量物流作业和基层管理人才的需求。通过物流企业人才需求与高职物流管理专业实践教学环节的结合，建立理论与实践相辅相成的实践教学体系，并构建相应的实践教学管理评价和保障体系，以此来提高高职物流管理专业的人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of China logistics industry has brought a lot of logistics operation and management talents. By combining the teaching talent demand and higher professional logistics management practice of logistics enterprises, the complementary system of practice teaching of theory and practice is to be established, and the corresponding practice teaching management assessment and guarantee system is to be constructed, to improve the quality of talent cultivation at the logistics management major in Higher Vocational Colleges. |
