| 摘 要： | 文中探讨物流管理专业的课程建设，围绕应用型人才培养目标构建能力导向的物流管理专业课程模块体系。基于培养规格要求，提出物流人才要具备通用能力、专业能力、岗位技能和综合素质四个方面能力，进而构建能力导向的四个课程模块和课程内容，从而达到以模块来实现能力需求，以课程来支撑模块内容的目的，实现了能力与课程有机结合。
