基于生命周期的网络组织风险分析

虽然网络组织能产生正协同效应，但网络组织是由多个成员企业构成的一种分工协作系统，内、外部环境的变化、成员企业的机会主义行为都会使网络组织存在风险。文中借鉴生物体的生命周期理论，分别分析了萌芽阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段、衰退阶段网络组织可能面临的风险，以期为网络组织的治理提供参考。

The Analysis of Risk of Network Organization Based on Life Cycle Theory

Although the network organization can produce positive cooperative effect,but the high failure rate of the network organization show that network organization also at risks.Based on the life cycle theory of organisms,this paper respectively analyzes the risk that network organization may face in the embryonic stage,growth stage,mature stage and the risk of recession stage,so as to provide theoretical basis for the governance of network organization.
