| 摘 要： | 文中从湖北省战略性新兴产业发展的要求出发,以武汉商学院为例,对高校物流人才培养模式进行了研究。首先对物流专业人才需求及专业发展前景进行了分析,然后以武汉商学院为例,介绍了适应战略性新兴产业发展的物流人才培养目标和规格,最后按产学研结合的思路新建人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | This paper starts from the demands of the development of strategic emerging industries in Hubei Province Taking Wuhan Business School for examples ,we studies logistics talent training mode .The article first analyzes the demand of logistic talents and professional development prospects, and then introduces the logistics talent training goals and specifications, finally, rebuilds the new personnel training mode according to the thinking of university-industry cooperation ! |
