高职院校物流专业实训基地建设研究

文中就高职物流专业实训基地建设做出探索，根据高职院校物流专业人才培养模式和特色，对建设物流专业实训基地提出思路及建设实施方案，加快教育教学改革，提高物流教育的质量，整体提升高职物流人才培养质量和社会服务能力。研究创新点为研究注重实训基地内涵建设，超越简单的软件和硬件设备的组合，符合企业物流岗位群的技能要求，致力于校企合作的实践和探索。

The Research on Build Logistics Training Bases in Higher Vocational College

According to the professional talents training mode and striking features of logistics,the article explores the problems on how to build the training bases and puts forward constructive ideas and implementation plans so as to speed up teaching reform,improve the education quality of logistics,and promote the professional quality and social ability.The research concerns a lot on how to strengthen the connotation construction of the training bases which are not simply the combination of software and hardware,but correspond with the needs of professional job -oriented group in the logistics industry,so as to eventually commit to the practice and exploration of the cooperation between school and enterprise.
