摘    要:文中借助食品供应链相关理论,通过对食品原材料供应、生产加工、包装、储存、输配送、销售等影响食品质量安全的各环节关键点进行分析;提出积极推行安全食品供应链国际标准IS022000,强化食品质量安全的监督与管理,以及构建以条码技术为核心的食品质量安全追溯体系等食品质量安全控制的措施。为食品供应链各经济利益主体进行食品质量安全控制及政府进行食品安全监管指明方向。

Abstract:This paper by means of the food supply chain - related theory, through the food supply of raw materials, production and processing,packaging, storage, transmission and distribution, sales and other effects of food quality and safety of the various aspects of the key points for analysis;propose actively promote safe food supply chain with international standards IS022000, strengthen food quality and safety supervision and management, as well as to bar code technology to build the core of food quality and safety traceability system and other food quality and safety control measures. For the food supply chain, various economic stakeholders in food quality and safety control of food safety regulation and government direction.
