高职物流管理专业工学结合人才培养模式研究与实践

摘    要:实施"工学结合"人才培养模式是高职院校提高办学质量的重要途径,也是高职物流教学改革的一个重要突破口。聊城职业技术学院物流管理专业从课程体系的解构和重构、师资队伍优化、教学方法和手段的创新、营造真实的职场环境等方面,对高职物流管理专业工学结合人才培养模式进行探索与实践,对高职其他专业推行工学结合的人才培养模式具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:The implementation of the“work integrated learn-ing” training model is an important way to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational vocational logistics teach-ing reform is an important breakthrough. Liaocheng Vocational and Technical college of logistics management from the decon-struct reconstruction of curriculum system, teaching staff opti-mization, innovative teaching methods and means to create a real workplace environment and other logistics management professional vocational training model combining learning with exploration and practice, has an important reference for the impale vocational training model other professional engineering combined.
