| 摘 要： | 精确的需求预测是器材保障科学决策的前提条件，但是普遍存在的需求变异放大效应困扰着各级器材保障部门。本文在深入分析器材需求变异放大原因的基础上，借鉴先进的理论和方法，提出了治理器材需求变异放大的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The exact requirement of material is the base of the scientific decision-making of material supporting. But the ubiquitous variation and magnify of requirement puzzles all departments of material supporting. Based on the full analyzing the cause of the variation and magnify of requirement, this paper, referencing advanced theory and technique, put forward some measures to settle this problem. |
