| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了FDI技术溢出机理,分别就水平溢出效应和垂直溢出效应的传导机制进行了分析,并指出了影响FDI技术溢出效应的因素,包括东道国吸收能力与技术差距、市场竞争与跨国公司投资动机。还从产业引进与培育、制度建设及人才战略等方面提出了建议,以更好发挥FDI技术溢出效应,促进我国技术进步。

| Abstract: | The paper gives a study on the mechanisms of FDI＇s technology spillovers based on the analysis of horizontal spillovers and vertical spillovers. Furthermore, the paper points out the factors which affect the spillover effect, such as the host country＇s absorption ability, technology gap, the market competition conditions and MNE＇s investment motives. The paper, in the end, puts forward suggestions to promote the spillover effects. |
