With domestic commence and trade circulation developing rapidly recently,it is desperate to realize the distance between Hebei province and other advance provinces in this industry.Through quantitative comparison and scientific analysis,this article makes a conclusion about the distance and self-deficiencies in the process of development,enabling us to propose effective measures to narrow the distances and keep up with the pace of the advanced provinces surrounding all aspects,which in turn functions well for further industry development and lay sound basis for the well-equipped service system.
