| 摘 要： | 通过对我国物流管理专业教育现状的分析，找出民办高校物流管理专业人才培养模式存在的问题．针对这些问题，结合企业对物流人才需求的特点．主要从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学方法的改革与创新、加强实践环节、师资队伍建设等方面，构建物流管理专业人才培养新模式。

| Abstract: | This paper on China’s logistics management professional education present situation analysis,find out the private colleges logistics management professional personnel training mode problems,aiming at these problems,combined with the enterprise to the logistics demand characteristics,mainly from the talents training target,course system,teaching method reform and innovation,strengthen practice,teachers construction,construction of logistics management major talent training mode. |
