电子商务与物流配送的现状及对策分析

摘    要:随着电子商务的迅猛发展,物流配送的重要性日益突出。很多消费者在选择商家时,第一考虑的是物流的快捷与方便。如何在电子商务时代占领消费者市场,获取利润,并且让消费者满意度提升,是电商企业亟待解决的问题。通过文献查阅,问卷调查以及自己网络购物的实际经验,对电商企业在物流配送中存在的问题进行了探讨与发掘,并对今后电商企业如何构建合理的物流配送系统给出了相关建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of E-commerce,logistics distribution is more important than before.When consumers choose E-commerce sellers,the first consideration is quick and convenient logistics.How can E-commerce sellers occupy consumer market,make profits and enhance consumer satisfaction? These questions must be solved quickly.Through literature,questionnaire as well as online shopping experience, the paper discussed the problems in logistics distribution of E-commerce and gave relevant recommendations for E-commerce sellers on how to build a reasonable logistics distribution system.
