沙盘教学法在高职物流管理专业课程改革中的应用策略研究

物流专业有诸多沙盘教学的应用经验,但沙盘教学是为课程服务的,课程根据人才需求企业岗位设定的,因此随着区域人才需求的不断变化,沙盘教学内容和方案都将随之改变.文章在调研滨海新区人才需求的基础上,对本学院物流专业课程体系提出修改方案,将物流专业沙盘课程分为流程型、实操型和决策型三种,可以根据不同类型使用不同类型沙盘.同时从组织机制建设、课程教学内容、教学实施方案及教学支持系统提出物流专业沙盘课程改革的实施策略.

Research of Application of Sand Table Teaching Method in Logistics Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education in Curriculum Reform

Based on the re- search needs of Binhai New Area of talents, put forward a- mendments to the logistics professional curriculum system of the college, and in the modified scheme based on the sand table course, professional logistics into the process, operation and decision three, can according to different types of differ- ent types of sand table. At the same time implementation puts forward the implementation strategy of logistics protessional sand table course reform programs and teaching support system from the organization system construction, teaching content, teaching.
