| 摘 要： | 在分析现有烟草仓库物流运作流程特点的基础上,从烟草仓库的核心流程和关键物流节点的视角,运用鱼骨分析法进行了KPI的提炼,提供了烟草企业一个快速了解其自身物流运作系统概况的途径,并设计了相应的KPI配套制度,使得烟草企业能够最大化利用KPI考核绩效成果,提高企业物流运作能力.

| Abstract: | In the analysis of the existing tobacco warehouse logistics processes, from perspective of tobacco warehouse core process and logistics nodes, refine KPI by using fishbones analysis method, thus provide tobacco company a quick overview on its own logistics operation, also design the corresponding KPI supporting systems, so that tobacco company make the most of the result of KPI to improve logistics operation capabilities. |
