基于企业需求的高职院校物流人才培养研究

物流业的发展需要大量的物流人才,而目前高职院校对物流人才的供应和企业的需求存在着矛盾.文章通过分析人才培养存在的问题,提出高职院校应通过明确人才培养目标并制定人才培养方案、改进教学方法、加强师资队伍建设、加强实训室和实训基地的建设来培养出满足企业需求的物流人才.

Logistics Talents Cultivation Research in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Enterprise Demand

The development of the logistics industry needs a large number of logistics talents. But there is a contradiction between the supply of the higher vocational colleges and the enterprise demand. By analyzing the problems sxisting in the cultivation of talents, this article put forward that the higher vocation colleges should clear talent training goal and talent training plan formula-tion, improve teaching methods, strength the construction of teaching staff, strength the construction of training room and training bases.
