摘    要:在全球化和知识经济背景下,人力资源已成为企业取得和维系竞争优势的关键性资源,中小型民营企业必须不断提高人力资源管理水平,解决人力资源管理中的困境才能实现企业的可持续发展。作者运用系统基模分析方法针对中小型民营企业人力资源管理中存在的问题建立了人力资源战略"成长与投资不足"系统基模、人力资源管理水平"成长上限"系统基模、人力资源管理体系"成长与投资不足"系统基模和人力资本投入与企业文化建设"成长上限"系统基模进行了深入的分析,并运用系统思考的理论提出了解决问题的对策。

Abstract:In the context of globalization and knowledge economy,human resource has become key resource to gain competitive advantage.In order to realize sustainable development,small and medium private enterprises must improve the level of human resource management continuously and solve the Dilemma of human resource management.To the problems existing in the human resource management of small and medium private enterprises,this paper uses system archtype analysis to establish four system archetypes for deep analysis.And then uses the theory of system thinking to solve these problems.
