Optimize Spare Part Storage Space Based on Cell Distribution and Management

After technic renovated,production upgraded,machine replaced,mass inventory of spare parts increased which made inventory management mixed up and utilization of warehouse space decreased.We use the means of cell distribution and management as per analysis of actual inventory and material characteristic to optimize the inventory management and effectively utilize warehouse space,decrease the logistic cost,and fulfill spare part management standardization.
