随着政府和顾客环保意识的加强和绿色物流的提出，逆向物流开始逐步引起越来越多的重视。遵循循环经济思想，打造资源循环型城市，已经成为国家和各级政府的重要议题。运用SWOT分析方法对哈尔滨市逆向物流发展进行系统的分析，得出哈尔滨市逆向物流发展的优势因素、劣势因素、机会因素和威胁因素。结合哈尔滨市的现实情况，得出发展逆向物流的解决措施。

Study on Development of Harbin Reverse Logistics based on SWOT

With the growing consciousness of the government and customers in environmental protection, reverse logistics were paid more attention; at present, abiding by the idea of circulation economy, project aiming to make the resource circulation in city is the top topic in all levels of government in China. With SWOT analytic method, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing reverse logistics industry in Harbin. Furthermore, gives some advices for reverse logistics' development in Harbin.
