| 摘 要： | 供应链管理起源于20世纪80年代后期,是在工业发达国家兴起并迅速发展的一种基础上全新的管理思想和实践供应链管理把企业资源的范畴从过去的企业内部扩大到全社会,使企业之间形成为了共同利益而结成的战略联盟,企业供应链管理利用现代信息技术,实施电子商务技术改造和整合业务流程,提高在市场上生存和竞争能力都具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Supply Chain Management(SCM)originated in the late 1980s.It is a completely new management concept and practice that emerged and fast developed in industrialized countries.Supply Chain Management expands the domain of enterprise resources beyond the limit of companies themselves and into the whole society.It propels enterprises to form strategic alliance based on the common interests.Supply Chain Management exploits information technology and relies on E-commerce to streamline and integrate business flows.Supply Chain Management is of both theoretical and practical importance for enterprise to improve their surviving capability and competitiveness. |
