摘    要:货物装载问题属于带约束的布局问题,不仅要考虑合理利用车辆的载重量和有效容积,而且还要考虑配装平衡的问题。作者建立了以最大化车辆装载率为目标的数学模型,针对该模型,利用目标函数与神经网络中能量函数相等的关系来设计Hopfield神经网络的结构,利用模拟退火的方法,来求解货物在车厢内装载布局方案,最后是装载实例,计算表明,车辆利用效果良好,各件货物布局位置数据正确,满足约束。

Abstract:The freight loading question belongs to the layout question with restriction,which not only consider reasonable using the vehicles' carrying capacity and available capacity,but also consider the balance of cargo.The article has established a mathematical model taking the maximized vehicles loading rate as its goal.For the model,we use the equal relations between objective function and the energy function of nerve network to design the Hopfield nerve network's structure,and use simulation anneal method to find the bin-loading scheme,finally giving a bin-loading example.Computation indicated that vehicles use effective,position data of each cargo which satisfy the restriction are correct.
